About Me
For several years I have been an independent financial consultant focusing on the following for my clients. I do not provide any investments myself, and I will never invest money for you. What I can do is provide you (and anyone for that matter) access to the world of international investment and returns. In addition I can introduce you to a level of financial security and privacy that goes well beyond anything currently available in the US banking system. These opportunities are currently off-limits to “people” of certain jurisdictions (ie USA). To get around this I can tell you what business structures you need to have in place, so that all jurisdictions welcome you with open arms. My opinion is that, with the proper guidance, anyone can invest offshore legally, safely, privately, and most of all profitably. Hi Dave, I will contact you via email to discuss. For now think about the following, as it will help decide your next steps.
- How is your real estate company currently structured in TX? (Corp, LLC, Partership, Sole proprietership, etc…)
- If a Corp/LLC who are the shareholders?
- Do you have commercial holdings/residential holdings/any tenants?
- Any monthly income producing properties?
- Any formal employees and payroll expenses?
- Any existing mortgages, bank notes, or other debts?
There’s more to consider as well, but this is a start. Look for an email from tomothy at hushmail.com
